Understand your channel and grow your views, subscribers and revenues
Your viewers - and in particular your subscribers - will take the time to like your videos if they enjoy them. Try a different approach to your creative, or ask your viewers to like your content if they enjoy it.
Subscribers matter because they spend more time watching your channel. More watch time for your channel means you are more likely to turn up in search results and recommendations. Promote your channel on social media, ask your viewers to subscribe, interact with them in the comments, and try and deliver better content.
Your viewers are watching less than half of your videos - try and do better at maintaining their interest. Look at teasing what's coming up, experimenting with shorter videos, and keeping the pace moving.
YouTube is the world’s second largest search engine, so this is a huge opportunity to drive views - especially for new channels. Optimise your content better for search - update your tags, and use best practices for video titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
This is your most viewed video from your channel. Take notes! Why has it performed better than others? How can you make more like this? And most importantly - always remember to celebrate your wins.
